  I found the staff was very helpful and inviting. We had our service in our home and they did everything for us. I recommend this funeral home all the time because Sue is involved herself along with hedr son.

  This Place was awful. Treated my family with disrespect. The staff was rude. Zero compassion. Poorly run. Choose any place else to remember your loved one.

  We just had a service for my father there. Upon entering the building I was greeted by the owner. She had no idea who I even was but she was rude and cold. An hour later I stepped aside for a drink. I was ushered out of building in a very rude manner as well as my small children with not even a shred of empathy or apologies. Just barking out very annoyed that drinks are not allowed due to health code violations. Keep in mind, I was very respectful and compliant. My children, however, are 5,4 and 2. Services were from 3-6. My children required a snack as the service was a tad lengthy and due to the support of family and friends that came to pay their respects, left the building very crowded and a bit overwhelming. I really feel that she could have handled that in a much more delicate and professional manner. She looked frazzled and annoyed for more than half the service. And though the service were lovely, I assure you it had nothing to do with the owner.
  
  People that provide services like these really should have a warmer personality. She was so cold. I didn't care for her at all. My father had 17 grandchildren and she looked annoyed by all the smaller ones. Very, very rude. By the end of the service she was practically throwing us all out. Happy it's over.

  The S DiPardo Memorial Chapel Funeral home is an inviting and spacious funeral home with impeccable attention to detail. I've visited the funeral home on many occasions to find the staff very attentive to the needs of their families.
  
  I've witnessed first hand how well they treat their families and how respectful they are to those who attend services. The staff help older folks out of their cars and into the facility. The staff help park cars. Some of the best service available for funerals. You are kindly directed in a way that makes you feel at home.
  
  No one ever wants to lose a loved one. But if that day comes, the Dipardo Family will counsel and provide family and friends with strength and reassurance during a time of need.

  Having to go to a funeral home is not something one would look forward to do considering the situation. However, the care and compassion from the staff towards the family(s) are way above par. I’ve had to attend multiple wakes and funerals at this location and I can say every time, they accommodated the grieving in any way possible. The building itself is very well kept and clean. They have been thorough and very informative throughout the whole process. There were no problems for the few I have been too; everything from the initial meeting, making a bad experience as relaxed and comfortable as possible; even following up after the event took place to check in with the family. I would recommend this place to anyone that has the unfortunate event of having to say goodbye to a loved one. Their years of experience clearly speak for it itself in the quality of their work.
